Our Core Cutting Machines are especially fitted with air-cooled grieves engine and are used to extract core sample from asphalt, concrete, and reinforced structures. These machines have a capacity of 100mm diameter x 200mm depth and are supplied with one 200 mm long Core Barrel and a 100mm Diamond Core Bit. Our portable machines are equipped with water tank to allow cooling up to the drilling bit. Further, to tow these machines easily, these are fitted with pneumatic wheels, which ensure easy movement.

Up to 25% percentage moisture content on the wet weight basis can be determined by Speedy Moisture Meter. If measured on the dry weight basis, this moisture content is equal to 33.3%. Further, we also offer 0-50% moisture meter with the same functioning. Our meters are provided in polished wood carry case, which includes a handle for portability.

• Faces machined flat to ± 0.02 mm accuracy, for the metric size Cube Molds with finishing within 0.02mm
• For inch size Cube Molds, the faces are finished to within 0.01mm and machined flat to ± 0.01 inches

In order to determine the percentage of bitumen in bituminous mixtures, electrically operated Bitumen Extractor is popularly used. A precision engineered aluminum fetor bowl is mounted on a vertical shaft, which is easily removable. This extractor is supplied along with complete pack of filter paper and offers flawless operations on 220V, 1Ph, and 50Hz AC Supply.
